We offer building regulation drawings which we submit to Building Control on your behalf. Once approved they give you or your builder the blue print of what is expected to achieve a compliant building structure. Unlike the majority of Architects and Designers we have hands on experience of construction, which will ultimately save you money as we choose compliant build methods that will provide cost effectiveness. We are affilate members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and adhere to their code of practice.
