We have many years experience in the industry and unlike the majority of Architects and Designers we have hands on experience of constructing new build developments, which will ultimately save you money as we design with "build it" in mind. We are affilate members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and adhere to their code of practise. Architectural Technology is a creative and innovative design discipline which integrates architecture, science, technology and engineering.

How much will it cost?

We offer fixed price quotations for your extension. Each project is different but as a general guide you will be looking at:

• Single Plot 3 Bedroom 100 SqMetres - Measure-Design-Submit £2900
• Double Plot 3 Bedroom 100 SqMetres - Measure-Design-Submit £3800

Whilst cost is important and we endeavour to be highly competitive, in our opinion getting the design and planning correct is paramount to achieving a succesful project.

GUIDE BUILDING COSTS
The costs associated with building can vary massively. We know sub-contactors and main contractors we can put you in touch with who build to NHBC standard.
Your new build is likely to cost you approxiamately:

• Self Managed Sub-Contractors Basic 3 Bedroom 100SqM £2100/SqMeter + Cost of upgraded fittings (Kitchen, Bifolds etc)
• Fully Managed Main Contractor Basic 3 Bedroom 100SqM £2800/SqMeter + Cost of upgraded fittings (Kitchen, Bifolds etc)
