All heritage work is overseen by Benjamin Plunkett, our Director of Heritage and Planning. With extensive knowledge of Grade I, Grade II, and locally listed dwellings across Suffolk and Essex, and as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), Benjamin ensures every project is managed with expert care and attention to detail. We coordinate all the work required for your application, which often includes producing detailed heritage reports, Heritage Impact Assessments, and comprehensive drawings that illustrate proposed alterations in line with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).

Benjamin Plunkett
Benjamin is the Director of Planning and overseas all aspects of planning within the business. Benjamin is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and hold a Master’s Degree MSc in Town Planning along with postgraduate (LPC) and undergraduate (LLB) degrees in Law from BPP Law School London and University of East Anglia (UEA). His experience includes working as an Associate Director for one of the UK’s largest property consultancy’s. Benjamins background in Town Planning, Heritage Planning and Law allows him to advise his clients on aspects of planning from planning legislation through to appeals, listed building consents and all types of planning applications.
